Smart TV functionality brings new content to HD and UHD TVs alike
Today, at CEWEEK, one of the panel discussions was on Smart TV. While 40% of Smart TV owners use it for Social Media (Facebook, in particular), two interesting questions came up during the conversation. First, what’s the definition of a “SMART TV”? And, as these components have more capabilities, do consumers want it, and will they use it?
Finally, there’s some consideration of where updates in technology, such as 3D and 4K, really benefit, and who benefits from it.
