- Alice in Wonderland
- The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
- Clash of the Titans
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1
- Hereafter
- Inception
- Iron Man 2
- The Last Airbender
- Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief
- Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
- Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
- Shutter Island
- The Sorcerer’s Apprentice
- Tron: Legacy
- Unstoppable – Out of control
Personally, I’m pulling for Iron Man and Tron:Legacy. What about you?
Inception and Alice are the standouts this year. Tron has spiffy visuals but the poor de-aged Jeff Bridges kills it.
No Order:
1. Alice In Wonderland
2. Tron
3. Inception
4. Pilgrim
5. Hereafter
I’m with you on Tron, definitely disagree on Iron Man 2. My top 5, in no particular order:
1. Tron
2. Inception
3. Hereafter
4. Alice in Wonderland
5. Harry Potter (based purely on merit) but Scott Pilgrim if I give in to my sentiment.
Hereafter is somewhat of a dark horse, but I think it offered some of the best work in this or any other year. Truly impressive.
Inception , The floating fight scene was the best I ever saw
