I wasted many hours in college playing Duke Nukem 3D, and then waiting anxiously for Duke Nukem Forever, which never came.  Well now 12 years later, and after numerous false starts, it seems like it might finally come to light, and Amazon and GameStop claim it could be coming as soon as this February 2011 to PC, XBox, and PS3.

In addition to the possible release date, Monday also brought new Duke Nukem Forever video footage from a live demo conducted at the Firstlook gaming convention in Amsterdam. The demo shows Duke taking a rather lengthy leak, playing with the bathroom faucets, drawing and erasing on a marker board, grabbing the Devastator and “duking” it out with a Cycloid Emperor in a football stadium again, and more. The clip–seen below–also contains a rather numerous ending, indicating that Duke may be a console gamer.

Looks like lots of NSFW and R-rated entertainment, and all the crude humor Duke is loved for.

Note: If you watch the video above, skip to the 2:30 mark to bypass the intro dialogue, and the last 30s are NSFW.  Other than that, it’s great shootem-up giant monster alien and rocket launcher fun.
