Next week is the “Dimension3” Expo in Siene-Saint-Denis, France.  A great European conference on 3D images that brings business owners, manufacturers, creators, and researchers of 3D technology together into one place.  This year they’re embracing the surge in stereoscopic 3D as the focus of the event.

By adding depth to images, stereoscopic 3D represents a first step in the next digital revolution, allowing images to gradually become liberated in space, enabling true immersion and new experiences at the heart of films and audio-visual contents…

In this context, Dimension 3’s 2010 edition is aimed at the “visual ecosystem” and wished to offer some thoughts on image creation and uses, as well as an analysis of business models, production, processing and broadcasting methods for stereoscopic 3D contents today and tomorrow.
