The Credit C.A.R.D. Act of 2009 goes into effect today. This idea of this law is to protect consumers from credit card companies and their unfair and deceptive practices. BillShrink has an infographic posted showing how this will affect you, if you use credit cards. Personally, I am a fan of using debit cards.
