Strata Design 3D CX 6: the designers’ key to unlock 3D

Conclusion

I think that Strata Design 3D CX 6 even in its basic form, without the modules like Strata Live 3D and StrataFoto and Strata Enfold, is a very good option for designers and packaging designers who want to design and communicate their work to clients in a variety of way even extending their presentations into 3D for the web and for interactive PDF’s that can be sent to anybody.

Because Strata has made the interface more or less visually match that of Current Adobe Applications this take the sting out of learning a new package.

Because of the tight integration with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Designers can even do most of their familiar work right in their familiar package and then bring that over to 3D for further enhancement.

If you have never worked in 3D and you have a graphic design background this is your ticket to a successful entry into the world of 3D.

If you are a current user of other packages Strata Design 3D in itself may not offer much to switch over but modules like Enfold en Live 3D are definitely worth checking out because I believe that presenting your 3D work on the web and in PDF will become more and more commonplace in future presentations. And from that perspective Strata has a head start and may even have some things to offer that will definitely add to your tool set for 3D content creation.
