At CES, Bigger isn’t always better but it’s always good for PR.  Pics of some of the biggest, most obscenely large televisions of 2010’s infancy have already surfaced, and they are guaranteed to give you whiplash while reading subtitles.

The biggest (so far) is a 152-inch 3D-capable 4K resolution HDTV from Panasonic.  It is a Plasma television, running 4096×2160 resolution, and active shutter glasses for 3D with their own “crosstalk reduction” technology to reduce ghosting.  Read more in the press release on EnGadget.

Next is the “World’s Largest OLED prototype” from Samsung. No details on it (yet), but it looks like it’s at least 55-inches.
