The VFX of Wolverine were done by several different VFX houses.  Hatch, Luma, and Rising Sun all had different scenes and VFX to work on, and fxguide has scored an interview with all of them that gets into amazing detail.

The film was shot on the Arriflex 435, with Primo and Angenieux Lenses and on the Panavision Panaflex Millennium XL, Primo and Angenieux Lenses. The project shot film shooing on Kodak Super 35mm Vision2 200T 5217, Vision3 500T 5219. The DOP was Australian DOP Oscar nominated Don McAlpine (Clear and Present Danger, Moulin Rouge!, Time Machine)

The Digital Intermediate was done at Efilm at 2K. The cinema release was film format 35 mm in an 2.35: 1 Anamorphic aspect ratio.
