ValleyViewTech has announced the new “Portable Stereo 3D Projector” VisMini product from Visbox Inc. It’s 11 pounds, approximately the size of 3-reams of paper and capable of fitting into an Airplane Overhead. It can project passive stereo (polarized) without a screen, onto any light-colored wall. It also is available in a “VisMini Complete” version which comes with a workstation containing an NVidia Quadro FX card, fully ready to go for Stereo viewing.
How much for all of this? The basic (projector only) starts at #13,995, and the “VisMini Complete” is $17,995. Not a toy for the economically impacted, for sure.
