ArsTechnica reports that NVidia has announced a new Quadro Video card, the NVS420. It’s main claim to fame:
One of the biggest claims is that the NVS 420 is the industry’s first low-profile professional graphics solution. The card can drive a quartet of 30-inch LCDs at full 2560 x 1600 resolution while installed in a small form factor computer.
Hardware wise, it offers 4 DVI-D or 4 Displayport connections, 16 CUDA cores, and 512MB of on-board graphics memory. Expected to market in February for $499.
